Just take care of your skin. The holistic "eat right & exercise" is part of it but not enough....if you went to college you should be able to understand complex ideas like stem cells & collagen. You should be able to comprehend concepts like sun damage & age reversal 101. You should be aware of *glycation* due to carbohydrates & sugars. You should know what the free raducal rheory of aging is. You should have some awareness of women's health....the bhrt movement, women's health initiative & Suzanne Somers. You should know who the Real Housewives are, what a cougar is, who Demi Moore is, and what the Botox & plastic surgery movement is about. You should be familiar with Jane Fonda & the 80s exercise movement.

Then & only then can you make educated statements about women & the aging process. Just saying smile be happy isn't good enough---- it's bullsh1t.

Very interesting Lemon-Lime...I just read a little about this...I'm currently on a low carb/high vegetable diet so I found this very interesting and it supports keeping tabs on carbs and sugar.

Lower glycemic produces less inflammation & fewer wrinkles....a high carb/sugar diet as bad as UV I've read. Some people take carnosine to stave off the damage. I like to use fish oil--- great for eicosanoids which are central to what Barry Sears calls the Zone. That was the first protein book I read & tried. Made my 26 year old carb & sun damaged skin look like a million bucks.

A subtle loss of looks beginning at age 35 often remedied with plastic surgery, Botox, peels, fillets, excessive makeup, highlights, dieting, exercise, and hrt. See Jennifer aniston, Real Housewives, Angelina Jolie, Kim Kardashian--- who is just 30 [ and Paris Hilton too--- Most of Hollywood over 35.
