Sadly, so many women assume reduction is the only answer, when the proper fitting bra (in the right size) does wonders. Many people completely eliminate back and shoulder issues with the proper bra. But if you live in the US, it is very difficult to get the correct size. Especially if you go to mainstream shops. Especially since they consider anything over a DD freakish.
