Love this. Ideal for me is 6'0-6'3. Great arms -- masculine and muscular, but not steroidy. If you've ever seen a guy who grew up doing farmwork or some other muscle-requiring work, you know what I mean.
Masculine hands - I don't like skinny fingers and I dislike fat "triangle" fingers. Athletic build.
Broad shoulders - didn't know I loved this till I met my husband.
Turn offs -
Steroid guy - like Ronnie from Jersey Shore. Gross!
Fat calves.
If he's smaller than me, either in weight or height.
5'10' to 6'3'
Chunky build - I prefer a little too much meat than too little
Big legs and broad shoulders (love the reference to 'tree trunk' legs!)
Strong arms
Dark hair
Great smile
I have a few types. My main type is left over from HS / College and I don't think it's that popular today.
I like guys who are slender and look good in jeans. No six packs or ripped or any of that. I like long hair and broad shoulders. Nice arms with a little cut but no0t overly muscular.
Hands are important to me and I like long fingers that are tapered. Artist's hands.
Height between 5'11" and 6'3" - an inch or two one way or another in fine.
Medium coloring, not swarthy but not too fair.
Major turn-offs - beer bellies, too worked out, Jersey Shore Types, gold chains.
This type was kind of my teen aged template. The slouchy, skinny, rock star, skater who looks great in a pair if jeans.
What I find amazing is how many guys think six packs and the steroid look is hot.
I don't see as much of it in Boston but in Florida there is a whole "sub genre" of men in their 20-30s (maybe 40s, not sure) who all they can talk about is the gym, protein supplements, etc.
It's really not attractive when you whole life revolves around it...pretty boring and vain
Who cares what he looks like, if he treats ya right?
I mean, seriously.
If you actually CAN find a man that treats you right, never let him go.
Wow, I'm not so sure what to make of this. Maybe I have been fortunate in this department although I had to dump my ex when he became psychotically possessive.
