I didn't say it but i wanted too. Those are the same girls that have the nastiest attitudes and think they are "all that". They try to squeeeze into clothes they can't fit and of course, they blame it on the clothes.
Well there are usually 2 reasons that people say this:
1. they don't want to admit that they need to go up a size
2. the brand's fit model has a completely different body shape than the woman does

OP: The women you're referring to might have this problem because they are shopping in the Juniors Department (thinking they can because they are still "youngish" late 20s to mid 30s, maybe?) instead of the Misses Department. The apparel in these two are defintely cut and styled differently from each other.
