This is what Always happens to me from May-September at night :
I start off wearing a T shirt and shorts. Halfway through my sleep, I unknowingly take my shirt off because of sweat and and find myself laying down without a Shirt on the next day morning. Thankfully, I am alone in my bedroom and nobody sees me without my shirt on (. If my parents saw me that way I would have been reprimanded heavily even though I am only doing so for comfort and not other reasons).
So guys, I would like to know. How often do you sleep shirtless. Is it a year round thing, seasonal, or very occasional occurrence. It happens to me usually in the summer.
How old are you? Why can't you sleep w/o a shirt on?
21.5 years old. Just don't have a rough manly build so other people hate seeing me without a shirt on. According to others, it looks disgusting, shabby, untidy, and should be avoided. Whatever works for them works for me. I don't want to be assumed as a ugly slob by those around me. By mistake, if I am caught in bed shirtless by some soul, it would be a freaky eyesore.

Well one of these days you will live on your own and you can sleep how ever you want.

Count me in! I used to wear briefs and t shirt, then switched to just t shirt, and now nude all year long. I am more comfortable and don't get sweaty or tangled in the seams of shirts or shorts. Wife likes it too.
Havent slept with a shirt on since I was probably 10 or 11. Many, many decades ago.
