I agree with North Beach person to a degree. You probably should get some long-sleeved things for the winter instead of the polos. You can layer them as well.
It's 22 degrees f here where I live right now but yesterday it was only 7. I had on jeans, a long sleeved shirt and scarf, as well as a winter coat.
Today I was just running in and out of places so I just had a heavy hoodie and jeans and did fine. Mine you I was not doing a lot of walking outside.
Both days I had on leather Harley boots.
You just need to find the right mix of things and you will be just fine...
