Strange how judgmental people are. If I saw the sweater on anyone, I would just figure they like cats and could care less. Goodness, some people have too much time on their hands.

I lived through the 80s and remember them well. I don't remember sweatshirts with large air-brushed cat faces being especially popular. Sweaters with large blocks of color and wild patterns, yeah, shoulder pads in everything, yeah, collars up on polo shirts, yeah, sweatshirts like in the photo, not so much.
