I am not a big lipstick wearer - I usually just use a sheer tinted lip gloss in "nude" or natural colors (Burts Bees) I do line my lips first. OK, I want to occasionally wear a heavier red lipstick, mostly to go with my red belly dance costume. Since I am a "mature" woman, I need a satiny finish, not matte or too shiny, and something in more of a coral tone to go with my golden tan skin tone. I also have thin lips and a small mouth.
Can anyone recommend an inexpensive lipstick for me that is hypoallergenic and not too expensive - I can't stand wearing anything with a lot of "chemical taste" to it or fragrance. I also want to know of any tips to keep it off my teeth, or keep it from smearing.
I use Revlon's Ultra-something lip stain. It comes in a number of colors, goes on as a liquid and when it dries, you put on a clear coat of sealer. Stays in place all day with no problem!

Thanks in advance!
Of course, there are hundred's of choices, but I have found a $.99 lipstick at the drug store called, Wet and Wild. I like it because it has the creamy texture of a lip gloss, but enough color to show up. At $.99, I have bought a bunch of them.
I prefer Revlon or Lakme.. These really work good on lips..
