I'm not much of an accessorizer, especially scarves because they just seem so overwhelming on my frame, and I'm always thinking I'm wearing it wrong. But, i just had an epiphany while getting ready for a night out with Mr.Mathlete: an infinity scarf makes an awesome place to hide your phone, keys, and lip balm, thus eliminating the need to carry a purse! So, did everyone but me already know this, lol?

Do your scarves have pockets? I can't imagine being okay with tucking anything into a piece of draped material that I wasn't okay losing.

I'm not even sure what an infinity scarf is. I will have to google it.

Okay I don't care for them. I live in a hot climate, am petite and have a short neck. I doubt I would ever wear one - I would rather wear a statement necklace.

My kids make fun of me because I always have a tissue and sometimes lip balm in my bra. My mother does the same thing. Don't think I would want to put keys & a cell phone in an infinity scarf OR my bra. :-)

For me an infinity scarf is a way to protect my throat and upper respiratory system when it gets cold. I get asthma attacks in cold weather, and have a tendency to bronchitis.

I know there are infinity scarves with pockets, but it seems awfully inconvenient to put things in a scarf that is around one's neck. I put that sort of thing in a purse, myself.

But, if it works for you, then by all means buy several and enjoy them!

Wow, I have never used one for that. I do have some, and I like that they are pretty much no brainers (e.g., hard to wear one "wrong"). I would be afraid to put anything of value in there. I didn't know any had pockets, either!

It ended up working out really well. I was a little nervous about busting a move (do they still say that?), but it all stayed in place pretty well.

I have tucked all manner of things into my 'bra pockets' as I call them - including keys for short periods i.e. while I am running around a grocery store on a quick errand and don't want to bring a purse with me.

I really can't wear scarves since my bust is way too large as it is and they make it appear larger unfortunately. But, if one can do what I do with a bra, why not in a scarf ... I can see that working though it may not be as secure as a bra and you might not want to put anything too heavy in it or it could get a bit tight around the neck on the other loop.

I'm totally in for learning about scarves & how to wear them. I kinda feel behind the times; my 15 year old twins wear them ALL the time; including the infinity scarves.

I don't even know how to wrap them.

Lol! This cracked me up. But I will show you a cool cuff I got that covers a similar use case.
