Liposuction for needy Plastic Surgeons (women)

I had a sort of funny conversation with my PS yesterday about how nobody has any money in NE Ohio these days. He said he can't seem to sell any liposuction lately because women decide they'll just try going on a diet instead.
Before this I had not thought to pity the "poor" plastic surgeons. He will probably need to forgo the new Lexus this year.
