Looking for the best inexpensive brand or type of black eyeliner twist-stick version - preferably non-waterproof since the black junk is going to smear in the heat and with sweat anyways....plus I've found that waterproof eyeliner takes forever to remove once it melts onto my face....so non-waterproof is the way I'm going. List away!

My favorite is the Clinique quickliner.

If you want cheap, you may want to try something by Covergirl or Maybelline.

Revlon ColorStay or Max Factor Maxeye.

Colorstay is waterproof. That is bad because it will take forever to clean off my face once it melts...

I'm a fan of Max Factor eyeliner pencils, but that Revlon colourstay is excellent. You know you can get it off quite easily when you want to with the right eye make up remover? Boots make a good eye make up remover for waterproof and colourstay eye make up. As do Clinique and Estee Lauder, but those are more expensive.

Artsy, you can get a great waterproof eye makeup remover from Maybelline. I've used it for years (and it's probably one of the reasons I still don't have crows' feet). It has a pink cap on it in a clear container. It's oily, but it dissolves all waterproof makeup. Works like a charm, and moisturizes the under eye skin, too. You can buy it anywhere - drugstore, WalMart. I swear by this stuff. I hope they don't stop making it.

Any AVON rep can get it for you, or you can get it on AVON's site directly
