It's a fungus probably. Seriously - try the Selsen Blue treatment. If that doesn't work, go to the dermatologist. If it is a fungal infection, which it really really really sounds like, it will respond to treatment but the treatment must be consistent and may take a couple of months to complete.

I have the same problem it start a year ago and it got worse I don't know what to do for it its in my face...and I'm 23 years of age...I really feel like I'm ugly now I hate to go in public... I feel ugly too my boyfriend people always ask me what's wrong with my face...

This is an old post but I started searching about this same problem long ago and haven't found out. My mom said they just white freckles lol ! but I been have these tiny light spots in my face since since I was a child. as I get older seems like they got brighter and more. my skin has been damaged from acne as well but these are tiny spots not patches !
