After following the Trial from start to finish...and watching it live online most of the time , considering the evidence and closing arguments carefully......... it is WAYYY beyond ANY reasonable doubt to me that she is absolutely guilty of premeditated Murder . I guess we shall find out very soon from the Jury.

What is your take ? Thanks.

The prosecution was terrible. They should have gone for something they could prove, like child neglect or endangerment.

Looks like she's going to be sentenced on four misdemeanor counts for lying to law enforcement. Each one is a year, and she'll get credit for time served.

Did she really say she was going to find the real killer? If she did, that completely cements in my mind that she did it.

As usual "OVERCHARGED", instead of what they could prove. Remember a few years ago the guy in Tampa who cut up the body and threw it in the bay and he was found not guilty.

If you can take anything away from this it is, you are innocent till proven guilty and it is the best system there is. Even John Gotti had his rights in court and that is a good thing.

The thing is, she is the same person she was before so expect to hear from her again. She is a sociopath
and a psychotic and for what it is worth probably dangerous. She has serious mental illness and I am sure has had for years.

Look for her to be starring in a Penthouse or Playboy spread in the very near future.

I'm stunned given the "guilty-til-proven-innocent" vibe of the overall hearing. The prosecution perhaps wasn't as neat/tidy as they should have been given public opinion. To the credit of the defense, there was too much circumstantial evidence and a lot of smoke and mirrors from the prosecution. Just a crazy thought, how soon before the judge has one of his own courtroom shows? <eyeroll>
