Florida. The Bottom of the barrel state.

The phrase above should be put on the next set of license plates.

Yet something is drawing millions of people to live in the state, making it the third most populated state in the union. Millions come to visit our beaches, amusement parks, golf courses as tourists every year.

Bottom of the barrel state, my ass.

Based on that little piece? It discusses some of the challenges but does not outline the entirety of life in Florida. I would never call the state perfect, but none is. There are great aspects about living here. This seems a little trollish..

Yeah, bottom of the lot. What a joke. 20 million people and growing, #22 on the list of states with the lowest unemployment rate, great weather, some of the worlds best beaches, the vacation mecca of the world. Yep. FL is in a class of its own.

before duloboss?

You have proved it. The Florida forums have the most idiotic, know nothing, unhappy and caustic people of all the other forums on CD.

Let them vent. If they don't vent their frustrations here, they might go out and harm someone.

I came across this stupid vid on YouTube yesterday and thought it is indicative of how some people who have moved here think of this place. They only focus on the negative, so how can this place progress with such idiots?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQcCU7Fl1VI

The abandoned gas station at 0:23 is on the corner of the Madeira Causeway (Tom Stuart) and Gulf Blvd, across from the beach Park/access. The area is top notch, but this idiot zero'd in on the only negative image he could find, a gas station that went out of business. This video reminds me of Soviet propaganda.
