Anyone who has spent any amount of time in both states would agree. Except the handful of FL cheerleaders.

I've lived on both, I agree with Not_Liking_FL.

I think most who've spent significant time in both would agree. Its nothing you can really quantify, you just have to see for yourselves. You cant quantify best beach either, but I'd tell you that FL beaches are better than almost any other coastal states' beaches.
