Well said, Sunrico, & others, about getting back to topic. I appreciate not having to go through extra pages to get to the topic.

My family and I lived in Ormond Beach for 7 months and liked it there. We only got the chance to go to the alligator farm in St. Augustine, and didn't get to explore the city. For the books I have read, it seems like a quaint town and much to explore about our great nation's beginnings from the Spainards.

dunnellon in marion county is really nice. The historic district has such a quaint feeling to it. Nice little shops and dunnellon has a nice state park to visit.

I live in ST Augustine.. Its very family oriented!!! Very active area!! Everyone is always outside walking there dogs or riding bikes with there kids or taking walks.. Its really great! We live in St. Johns county in between St Augustine and Jacksonville.. Everything is spread out! Gotta feel of country living a little bit out of the hustle and bustle but its still close to everything;} Hope that helps some

Celebration, Harmony and Reunion. All planned communities with a lot of charm in a family oriented atmosphere. However, if you do not get a long with Tourist then you may not like them. See the Orlando thread on Celebration - Luvthatmouse posted some great pics!
