Well, I lived in Deland for a little while, and went to school/worked in the Daytona Beach area, so I'm familiar with the region, but that was years ago. Now my girlfriend and I are looking to move down to FL into the Port Orange area with our 5 month old son...so far I've seen hardly anything negative about PO except that it's nice, and the cost of living in some places might be too high which isn't an issue. Other than that, does anyone have negative feedback about PO? stuff that one might want to know about when starting a family in a new area? all feedback appreciated!

This is a duplicate post, right? I answered this question a few minutes ago... see the other thread. I live in PO and I don't have a lot of negatives. It's a nice place, very nice.

More specifically, does anyone live in or have information about Waters Edge development? Good or bad all feedback is welcome before we buy a home there SOON. Thanks
