Heart of the Desert( www.heartofthedesert.com ) has lemon lime pistachios. I shelled them then ran them through the food processor. I dipped the ahi tuna in egg wash then into the pistachios pressing the pistachios in. I then pan fried in a little peanut oil. It was very good. I hope you enjoy it.
