I'm frying chicken but will use a new recipe. I watched an old eppy of Tyler Florence's show. Several of the people he visited brine their chicken before coating and frying it.

I think we'll have corn on the cob and salad with it.

Brining is good-more juicy-have done it with turkey breast.

We had leftover smoked meats, fieldpeas and snaps, and fauxtato salad. Very tasty.

I made 3 dozen cheese enchiladas with sauce and meat sauce combined! Good stuff!

Romaine salad with crisp bacon, gorgonzola, sweet onion, honeycrisp apple slices, and pomegranate seeds. Homemade vinaigrette. Perhaps I need to make sourdough croutons too..
