I picked up lunch from one of my favorite local Thai restaurants, which was beef satay with a side of white rice. There was also peanut dip to go with the beef, and it was delicious!

YUMMIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That sounds so much batter than my lunch I love Thai food!

I will have a whole wheat bun with some kind of topping. Don't know what yet. Probably some cream cheese.

A sliced tomato, and some polenta topped with butter and the last of a container of sour cream, which had a best by date of Mar 3, and brought to mind a rare cheese.
