I made myself a cheese quesadilla using whole wheat tortilla and lowfat shredded cheese, I place the tortilla in a small fry pan on medium heat, sprinkle cheese then place the other tortilla on top. cook for 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Served with sour cream
We don't have those. But I only get one thing at Chipotle: bowl w/ carnitas, rice, fajita veggies, black beans and corn salsa!
They are only in the Central Valley currently. Honestly I broke my own rule of eating Mexican at a Americanised corporate restaurant. But I wasnt buying so what the heck.
If it comes up again I'll use yelp to find a local taqueria.
