I made myself a gigantic plate (covered an entire 12 inch plate and it was an inch high) of sweet and sour chicken with rice. No clue about what is for dinner.

I don't know yet! I have to wait for two more hours before a friend picks me up and we're going out to lunch. I'm hoping we go to either QCumbers or Cheesecake Factory.

Wonton soup, egg roll, and hunan beef with rice. This will probably also be dinner.

Subway 6" marinara meatball sandwich on wheat, toasted and a raspberry iced tea. I had a 2 for 1 coupon.

Went to a restaurant called Houlihan's. I was all geared-up for a salad, which is what I was craving. But, they were having a special on their "small plates" appetizers, so I had three of those.

They have stuffed mushroom caps that are so good they'll bring Jesus back early. They're the whole reason I go there!

I also had chicken avocado egg rolls and something called Disco Fries. Why they were called Disco Fries, I still can't figure out. They were fries with melted mozzarella cheese and the mushroom red wine sauce from their pot roast.

In the end, I wished I had the salad, but I like trying new appetizers, so it was still fun.
