I found some leftover mashed potatoes. So I stir-fried some bulk pork sausage and onion and green poblano peppers, threw on the potatoes and curry powder and stirred that around until it browned nicely, and served it with a big dollop of plain yogurt.

I had authentic Mexican out. Something new that was really good. I can't begin to spell it but it was full of shredded beef then wrapped and deep fried. All that was missing was jalapeno peppers. Next Saturday night I'm going to negotiate some of them in the filling.

We had a yard sale today. I'm exhausted! I'm thinking frozen pizza tonight, but tomorrow I expect a nice lunch out.
