With temps approaching 100 degrees again today we are trying to eat light and I don't want to even look at the stove, much less turn it on. Yesterday we did our Sam's run, I picked up a rotisserie chicken so that will be dinner (well not the whole chicken) add a nice green salad and that will be about it. I might do a potato as well.

Corn on the cob
Wine
Puff pastry filled with cream, strawberries, almonds and orange zest. The husband calls them baby angels.

Thursday: a little bit of steak left in the freezer, so we had it cut up in a salad. Marinated it first then mixed with lettuce, cheese, olives, oregano and Catalina dressing, It was good.

That and finished up leftover vegs.

Today: lasagna and garlic bread
