No Mexican night out. I had to settle for all I could eat BBQ spare ribs.

Went out to dinner. Had an iceberg wedge salad and shrimp & grits with a lovely, creamy chardonnay.

We had pork steaks done on the barbie with homemade applesauce, fresh corn, watermelon cut up and mashed potatoes.

Leftover tocino and steamed rice (without the eggs shown below), along with some orange slices.

We ate cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato,& pickle and french fries at the local diner. Big glass of iced tea and a piece of chocolate pie. Yum!
