DH has fired up the Jenn-Aire, and is grilling chinese pork chops that have been marinating since yesterday... rice, a vegie(haven't looked in the pot yet) homemade wheat bread, and raspberry sherbet for dessert. (Gosh it's hot)
I went to KFC and got a box of 20 wings. Brought them home and saturated them with Texas Pete's Wing Sauce. I feel good. I counted them. There were 21 in the box.
Flank steak marinated in a great marinade recipe for 24 hours. Put it on the grill, medium rare, sliced it into strips, added grilled onions and red and green peppers and made steak fajita's.
Yuck..I didn't like the London Broil. I'm having an orange instead...and it tastes better
