Scallops in a white wine butter sauce with fresh basil and oregano, garlic, tomatoes, onion and capers over angel hair pasta, salad on the side, rosemary Parmesan foccacia, too.
Debsi has been sick again. Went to doctor to find out is another sinus infection brought on by allergies. She would like that $160 back.
Debsi is also referring to herself in the first person, which is another solid reason to worry about her.
Last night's dinner -- canned vegetable soup with some leftover ground beef taco meat added - not bad.
Tonight may be another can of soup. That means cereal for the husband.
Yuck! Sinus infections can be horrible! I hope you feel better soon ....we'll work on that talking about yourself in the first person thing checked out later

Here too! I had to doctor up the lasagna a bit this morning. It was a bit bland (OK, a lot bland) the day that I cooked it -- I didn't season the sauce enough... clearly.
