Footlong cheesesteak, from a local pizzeria of all places. But it was delicious!

My husband is so easy, tonight we stopped at the Bar-B-Que joint on the way home and got 1/2 chicken and a pound of pulled pork. Put it on buns with some mustard slaw and pickle.

The last of my frozen Marie Callender's dinners. Tonight it was the Salisbury steak with potato wedges and a side of cheesy broccoli.

Ham, Egg, Asparagus Casserole w/cheese sauce & Ham/Vegetable Medley, a stir fry with red/green peppers, zucchini, squash, onion, tomatoes, basil.

Recipes from the Mormon Family Cookbook, which I picked up at a thrift store in Utah couple weeks ago.

I still have some zip-lock bags of frozen Ham, with 2 cups each, from Easter and I wanted to try some new Ham leftover dishes.

Loved them both!

Probably home made Chinese. I have frozen egg rolls I make about every 3 months, I have enough beef to make beef and broccoli and I can make fried rice.

I'm making a steak stromboli for grandma and me.
I havent made one in ages, I bought the dough from a local Pizza joint.
For 2.00 it's well worth not having to do it myself.
