We went out to a local BBQ restaurant. I had a pulled chicken sandwich on toasted bread with a mixture of their hot and medium bbq sauce with coleslaw (on the sandwich of course) and home fries and neiman marcus cookie...oh and several classes of diet coke (with a really good amount of carbonation)
Panfried chicken hearts (89c a pound), mashed potatoes (with peels), fresh green beans (1.09 a pound). Way less than a dollar a serving. Nutritious, cheap, and delicious.
tonight i feel like having 5 costco meatballs, penne pasta, rao's vodka sauce with a side of normandy veggies cooked in yoshida sauce. ill have some sweet potato casserole as a little dessert. my wife decided to make it the other night, it was a frozen thing from aldi. very yummy but super sweet!
