I had some eggs that I scrambled in the pan, and scooped out with a spoon--because everything is still packed into boxes. Almost everything was moved by Monday night when I went to work, Tuesday morning, I had to leave to do my tax job. I have maybe two hours to work on anything, but if I were to attempt to "organize" anything but my own room, it would antagonize my room mate....so I ain't touching it.

Turkey casserole turned out great!!!!!
Turkey Noodle Casserole - Turkey Casserole Recipe With Noodles

I used this recipe, but used parboiled WW pasta instead of noodles, and used Alton Browns recipe for mushroom soup base instead of canned.
Its in this recipe, which is really good, too!
