Tortilla (chicken) soup with fried tortilla strips, Sour cream and lime.. Yumm!

shake & bake pork chops, green beans, stewed potatoes, mac & cheese, fresh peaches.

Yesterday was veggie egg rolls & pot stickers.

Today using some of the leftover brisket for bbq sandwiches on Kings Hawaiian sandwich rolls w/slaw; mac salad; 4 types of melon.

Chicken stir fry for us tonight - everyone's dinner sounds so good...beef stew (always better the second time!) BLT's with fresh tomatoes - spaghetti - yum yum yum...These things will be on my menu as well as other's - If I had the time I'd list em' all!
