What's for Dinner tonight in your neighborhood? (brandy, burgers, grill)

I made boeuf (beef) bourguignon and my daughter says it's her new favorite dish! Although I didn't exactly use Julia Child's recipe, it turned out really, really good. Mashed potatoes and generous amounts of French red wine (both in the dish and to drink!) was a good match.

Salisbury Steak with brown gravy, macaroni and cheese, and seasoned green beans! Yumm!

I made Chicken Tuscany - which is basically rosemary and garlic seasoned chicken breast with sliced potatoes - with broccoli.

Prime rib roast beef slices with garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans. Also, homemade chocolate cake for dessert!
