BBQ sausage links, ranch style beans and mashed potatoes. Nothing green but had a fruit salad with cream cheese dip later.

Coleslaw's already made. Ribs already have dry rub on for slow cook. Potatos already boiled for salad. Still have to make italian meatballs I promised a neighbor I'd do for her. Oh, and deviled eggs (for ME! )

Whatever, it will include Okra. The fridge is filled with it. We have had so much company and been on the go so much the last 3 or 4 weeks, I can't wait to have a quiet evening and fix some of the Okra I pick every morning. I think we will have sweets pots and probably pork with the okra. Now if that is a good southern meal what is?

With life being hectic lately--kids getting married, kids visiting from out of state etc dinners have been here and there and on the go...DH siad he wants dinner at home tonight--oh joy! The last hing I feel like doing is cooking anything--so tired from all the goings ons! So Think I'll slice up some chicken and stir fry it into some veggies and call it dinner.
