and i need some suggestions: tomorrow is bridge luncheon here so I want to keep tonights cooking as simple as possible and not too many calories for me anyway. I need some ideas. I have lots of veggies, but hubby doesn't want just veggies.

Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts baked in a bath of italian salad dressing.

We aren't sure of the sides yet. Any ideas???


Hey Nita-
Why not try a plate of genoa salami, extra sharp cheddar cheese, and crackers?

cut up some potatoes and bath them in the dressing too...bake all together....its good! We throw in broccoli at the end too and mix it all up together


We are having london broil with mashed potatoes and probably corn on the cob - or broccoli

I've got some country style pork ribs cooking in the crockpot. I'll make some augratin potatoes and a salad to go with it.

Sloppy Joes with home fried potatoes (maybe augratin now; thanks for the idea), and onions and something green.....ice cream to finish - yeah!

Great idea, too! We are doing just that, along with adding onions, which is the norm around here
