Major taco feast! 24 crunchy corn shells with the seasoned beef and cheese and salad stuff with tomatoes and sauces...a superb pig-out! Biggest batch I've ever made.
The Bad*:
-Shulsburg horseradish
-Shulsburg salami
The Ugly**
-English Shropshire Blue
*actually, still pretty tasty...but "bad" in comparison to the actual REAL cheese on the board...and done in deference to my boyfriend, who is pretty populist about his cheese.
** But still very, very good, despite its appearance
Paired with a plate of Braeburn apple wedges, salty olives, and a bubbly almond infusion. Good nibbles before going to see Black Swan.
A nice bowl full of Chinese pork fried rice and chicken chow mein with crispy noodles on top.
^^^^..and I just had yet another big ol' bowl of it and finished it off & I'm stuffed.
