I plan meatless meals at least 3 times a week. Other nights it's pork, beef and chicken rotated. Rarely seafood unless we eat out.
Lunch is usually salad or soup or meatless sandwich.
Am a carnivore, eat meat 3x/week:
Beef (steak ground up by butcher)-mixed with pasta or made into hamburger with bun
and/or white meat Chicken breast tenderloins, fried in batter (bought hot at store)
