DH has a work event, so I'm going to make myself some angel hair pasta tossed with fresh tomatoes from my colleagues garden, basil, garlic, and mozzarella. Looking forward to it-- DH hates tomatoes, so this is a treat!

Dinner tonight is sautéed shrimp & scallops tossed with alfredo sauce and fettuccine, Caesar salad and garlic breadsticks. Sweet iced tea to drink.

It's too hot to cook, so I stopped by my favorite Chinese fast food place and got my usual fried rice with black pepper chicken and barbecued pork. I also had a small green salad and red seedless grapes to go with my dinner.

Shrimp creole over white rice for me; DH isn't a big fan of shrimp, so I made chicken creole for him.
