Made 2 Indian style cooked veggie dishes: Mushrooms w/tomatoes/peas/onions/ginger/turmeric and a Spicey Cabbage dish with jalapeno peppers/tomatoes/cumin/coriander/turmeric. Both which have my taste buds saying
For main dishes: Pork w/white wine/coriander/mushrooms/potatoes (A Cypriot dish) and 2 Greek style ground beef dishes: a ground beef mixture for Pita Bread and a ground beef spaghetti sauce. I see the Greeks are fond of seasoning some of their dishes with cinnamon. So? A nice twist to spaghetti sauce!
