My first cup is always black with a tea spoon of cinnamon. I have found the cinnamon will drop cholesterol and blood fats and keep me off satins which cause leg cramps for me. The one tea spoon dropped my reading by over 50 points in one month with no diet change.

A whole TEASPOON of cinnamon in one cup? Wow! I bet that is really cinnamon-y! I'll have to try that. You can't deny that 50 points, though. Way to go!

My favorite is to fill the mug up 3/4 of the way with coffee, followed by a one-second slosh of milk or one packet of liquid creamer or two packets of powder creamer, followed by about 3 spoonfuls of sugar

I use a whole tea spoon, and it cut both my cholesterol (over 50 points I think 56 but need to find my lad test to confirm) and my triglycerides which it cut in half. The cinnamon was bracing at first, but now I have gotten to where I like it. I did add some honey for the first week to help it mix better, but now just mix it into my black coffee..

Debey, you're a woman after my own heart!

If I cant have it via an IV, I'll take mine black, hot with 2 (occasionally 3) sugars.

I call it mud. But I enjoy it the same.

But when it comes to triple espresso drinks, it is served late style.
