It is normally seen that people use plenty of water during meal specially after. Oftenly we do not bother what will be the results. I have been suffering from extra fats for the last two years. One day i read an article over it and find that the reason behind this is use of water after meal. Following is the role of water during meal.

1. Water before eating is like Gold.
2. Water During Meal is like Silver.
&
3. Water After Taking Meal is like Iron.

You may try this formula and avoiding 3 No. you will observe tremendous benefits specially following 1 No.

I can't really see why drinking water (or any liquid) at any time would make a difference! Shoot....even your food is full of water!

Only benefit of drinking water (or anything really) before a meal would be that 8 oz of water in your stomach is taking up space where food would sit, so you don't eat as much.

It is good to eat less by taking water before meal to avoid over eating habit.

I agree that staying well hydrated and drinking first when you're hungry, instead of eating immediately, is helpful with maintaining and/or losing weight. That's one of the principles of the successful and well documented Weight Watchers program.
