Every once in awhile a few or a bag of Pork Rinds, I like Baconette Brand.

It's about the only salty fried snack I eat...
I do love pistacios though..

Thought prawn crackers were ubiquitous in Chinese restaurants over there, but then forgot you don't call them 'prawns.' Here everyone knows what prawn crackers are, they're generally served as an entree before the meal. Which is another weird thing, in American they call the main meal the 'entree.'
