My "buffet" offerings for the coming week from my weekly cook-out: Sweet/Sour Pork (new recipe, a bit too sweet!), French Cassoulet (ooh, but the effect of Great Northern Beans!) always good, French Pork with Red Wine and Red Cabbage, always a winner!, Pork Cutlets stir-fry w/zucchini-red peppers, excellent!

Made a chocolate cake tonite, and decided to get creative, and put in a heaping teaspoon of instant coffee granules into the batter, with white cream cheese/butter frosting!

Also made a pizza tonite! What a disaster! Used a Pilsbury Pizza crust, my own sauce, toppings, but the pizza crust stuck to the tin foil, and couldn't extract the tin foil from the crust, without making a holy mess! Trying to peel away the tin foil, the toppings all slid off!

It is MRI day for hubby and bridge luncheon day for me so dinner will be simple: We are having tostados, mine, cause I am trying to cut back on carbs will be without the tortilla, I guess I would call it taco salad, right?

We use parchment/ greaseproof paper instead of foil, the crust never sticks.

And thanks for the idea, think tonight will be a home made pizza night ... and maybe a movie

Love tostadas! I do mine with low-carb tortillas, or, as you are, as a taco salad. Either way is delish.

Our dinner tonight was a salad with grilled chicken breast.
