This evening, I just had a big, heaping bowl of.....................leftover homemade beef stew. Also had leftover square cornbread (using mix left from when I made Saturday's muffins).
Hmm...had grocery store fried chicken for a late lunch. I'll probably find a can of something likely and warm it up soon to prevent midnight fridge raids.
Not much - I'm on a modified(500 cal) fast today.
Just lettuce, balsamic vinegar, a sprinkle of seeds and nuts and grated cheese.
But tomorrow it's eat-in chinese.
