rib eye steaks - it is our collie's birthday and on each of our dogs birthdays, there are steaks all around. Their steaks will be unseasoned, mine will have homemade steak sauce and be smothered in onions and mushrooms and green pepper salsa. The two veggie-heads (husband and daughter) can have grilled salmon. There will be dog cookies for dessert (just for the pooches unless I'm annoyed with my husband) and lemon meringue pie.
Tonight I will be dining on;
Country fried sirloin steak with brown gravy,
fresh cut onion rings,
fresh picked green beans and
sweet iced tea.

Trying to use the contents of the freezer before we move so this evening we are having Jans balaya, chicken thighs, hot italian sausage and a few shrimp in my own rice mix
Angel hair pasta, red sauce with meatballs, garlic bread and asparagus.
