My big weekly cookout: Spaghetti Sauce, Layered Hamburger Spinach Noodle Bake, Sweet/Sour Fish, Chinese Lettuce Fish Soup and 2 tuna rice pies, one with Cheddar, one with Swiss cheese. I've been overlooking tuna for too long, both of the pies are so delicious!

I've seen recipes calling for shredded iceberg lettuce, and have ignored them until now. Could hardly believe it, so tasty! Essentially, 1/2 pound of diced fish, 4C chicken boullion, green onions and a half head of iceberg lettuce! I've even seen some French Gourmet dishes call for lettuce, and now I must try those!

For sweets: Chocolate Caramel Candy Bars with oatmeal! New recipe from my Chocolate Cookbook!

So tonite, for dinner, I'll have a little of each!

well I have to admit, I have mixed feelings thinking about eating cooked iceberg lettuce when we only have iceberg a few times a year period, but most of us cook with spinich and other leafy greens, I guess lettuce wouldn't be the end of the world...Now, let me ask you, how many people are you feeding with all those choices? They do sound pretty interesting and different...

bridge day, so that mean lunch out and more than I usually have for lunch, add to it, the lenton season and dinner is not heavy and meatless: I am going to make mac and cheese, but just a little bit, plus we will add a small green salad..
