Sunday night (tonight) ... 10 oz. medium rare Rib-eye steak and a baked potato w/sour cream and butter, and a small Caesar salad. Sweet iced tea to drink.
William's meal tonight sounds about like what we had last night: soooo Goood, I think, other than something like a good Lobster or quality Lamb, steak, baked pot and salad has to be our fav meal. Tonigh we are having brats, both chicken, cheese and garlic ones. We got them in Herrman, Mo last fall and they are the end of the bunch..I will also grill some veggies and make a big fruit salad. For the first time sinch fall we have a lot of fruit in our fridge. What a good feeling..
Just finished having dinner, we had "Nilagang Baka" Filipno style boiled beef, beef shanks with bone marrow, celery, onions, carrots and potatoes! There are different versions, depending what one wants to add into it!
Cheat day.....pizza hut, big box. Pasta with meat sauce, bread sticks, pepparoni, and sausage sicilian pie with Dr. Pepper. Tomorrow, spinach lasagna and salad.
