Last night I made a shoepeg corn casserole, I experimented with the ingredients and it turns out my kids tore it up. So whats left of that along with bay chops and sweet potato mash is dinner here tonight.

Anyone have any suggestions?????? I'm all ears....
Beef stew that's been percolating all day is always a hit at my house - nice salad and loaf of crusty bread to go with it.

Not feeling very good the last few days..just a headache and a bit of an upset stomache. Might be a bug, not sure. Anyhow, decided not to go grocery shopping today so guess we'll just have some Mac & cheese for dinner tonight with a green salad and biscuits. That should be pretty easy on my tummy. I think my body is trying to fight whatever it is as I'm not bed-ridden just don't feel great. Maybe tomorrow I'll be back to normal!

Sorry you aren't feeling well Cyn. I don't know what to cook tonight. I am in a major rut. Feeling like we eat the same things over and over and over again. Sigh. It will be something with chicken I am sure just can't figure it out yet.

Why don't you poach or bake it, then shred it and make chicken tacos with it? Or grill and make a chicken salad
