Tonight I am making my green chile chicken enchiladas with refried beans, cheese, and all the fixings....maybe a margarita or Mexican beer to wash it down with too.

Pizza for tonight. I love good healthy homecooked meals but I need my pizza fix too! Growing up Fridays was usually pizza night so now that I am grown up we usually have Pizza a couple of Fridays a month.

Thanks cyn! Aww I hope you feel better soon. My daughter had it worse then I did, she was actually getting sick. I just couldn't eat and felt "icky" for 2 days. Her best friend though - was getting sick for 8 days. They almost put her in the hospital. I think everyone gets it at different levels. ((((((((cyn))))))))) < thats a hug

I put a roast and potatoes and carrots in the crock late last night, the smell is driving me nuts! I will fix some green beans and some type of bread to go with it. Hmm. peach cobbler for dessert maybe..

I'm curious MrKrabs......what do you have with your peirogies? My family loves them, but I never know what to make with it. I usually just boil them or bake them in the oven.

Pierogies are tough to decide on a side dish....since they're already stuffed with potatoes, potatoes would be redundant. Usually we just make some rice with it or just a vegetable.

Oh Pierogi's...mmmmmm.....this little Polish girl loves her Pierogi's especially made with Farmer's Cheese like Grandma used to make. I fry mine in LOTS of butter and serve with sour cream for dipping. Sometimes I will lightly saute some sliced cabbage, with EVOO, salt n peppa. They are good served with sauerkraut too. Hubby likes them served with pickled beets

Dinner tonite I have no idea - mainly cooking for myself now since my son only eats chicken nuggets, PBJ sandwiches, hot dogs Maybe I'll run up to the store to get some California rolls. I really hate cooking for only myself.
