Well, today I am kinda tired, so I am just going to make some Prosciutto ham & cheese kisch with a salad.

The problem is no potatoes, no cheese, no tacos, no imagination. Blah. I have a box of instant barley. Not sure if that can be used with ground beef or not...Hard to read the fine print on all the boxes. Finally getting to the eye doc Wednesday morning.

Well, we will be spending our anniversary dinner with my sister who came in last night with her husband.... and my folks of course. PIZZA and Wings... done the right way of course... as only it can be done in WNY..... as close to BUFFALO as you can get.... HOT BUFFALO WINGS.... looking forward to it!!!!!! MMMMMMMMMM...... the pizza too.... but mostly the wings (even the bones- since they are already cooked!!!!)

I found a can of Mushroom soup. I can read Cream of Mushroom and know what I'm dealing with. I think that over either toast or pasta will do. Something simple is a must for me tonight.
