I got home for some showing some disgusting houses to a new client in the pouring in the pouring rain around 4:30. I changed clothes and took a 4.5 hour nap and when I woke up, I heated up for chicken alfredo with brocolli.
When I came home for dinner ,my hubby had bar-b-qued pork chops, steamed brocolli and a baked potatoe for me, boy was I in heaven, I think he is a keeper
Well, again, I am a batchelorette this weekend. Last night I heated up thre small sizde bean burritoes for dinner and watched a movie, add some light butter popcorn to that.
Yesterday I went to a local deli and got some beautiful Boar's Head rare roast beef-sliced nice and thin. So tonight will be hot RB sandwiches with leftover ginger pot roast gravy, fries.
Even got some Taylor Ham (pork roll-NJ thing!) so that and eggs for breakfast.
tonight is roast pork loin with spinach cabrini casserole. My son will be returning later today from the Spring Fling weekend in Panama City beach
and I know by today, his last day there that he is probably out of money
and will be hungry when he gets home.
